Number of days for a company to get its securities listed after the issue
The post-issue lead manager ensures that all steps for completion of the necessary formalities for listing and commencement of trading at all stock exchanges where the securities are to be listed are taken within 7 working days of finalization of basis of allotment. Ideally, it is around 3 weeks after the closure of the book built issue and around 37 days after closure of a fixed price.
